Let's start with our physical needs. This is the foundation of our well-being. Proper nutrition, supplements, regular exercise, adequate sleep, and staying hydrated with plenty of water are essential for maintaining your physical health. Eating a balanced diet is crucial.  

Questions to Reflect on “What do I need for my physical needs?” 

• Are you getting the right nutrients from your diet? 
• Do you need any supplements to fill in nutritional gaps? 
• Are you staying active and exercising regularly? 
• How much sleep are you getting each night? 
• Are you drinking enough water throughout the day to be at optimal health? 

• What do you need for physical intimacy, both platonic and romantic?
