Move Your Way To Abundance

Dear friends,
I started my “physically fit lifestyle” in October of 2021 by hiring a coach. It has been the best decision that I have ever made for a plethora (another word for abundance) of reasons that have moved me up my abundance scale.
Abundance of Strength! I am stronger from my 3 day strength training workouts. Those 5 gallon water bottles are definitely easier to lift. No more worry about hurting myself with the simple act of replacing the water on the cooler. Also, I feel good in my clothes. I haven’t lost any weight but I feel more confident in my body. The weight loss industry only focuses on the scale, which is a scarcity mindset. The scale is only one metric and I have now an abundance of ways to measure my fitness success. So develop strength to move your way to abundance!
Abundance of Peace! Why didn’t anybody tell me that my fitness journey would lower my stress and overwhelm? They probably did but I just didn’t hear it. So if you are struggling with emotional issues please find some movement during the day. I would encourage dancing everyday to 3 songs that lift you up. See my video below. My energy cup is filled up every morning to overflowing from my dancing. I use this activity to get more steps in my day since I sit most of the time. So movement has moved my emotions up my abundance scale towards my 10!
Here is a description of my movement or fitness journey. I started with Pilates classes at a local studio one day a week in 2021. Then I moved to 2 classes per week, but I realized I could do more. So I hired a coach which added in the at home strength training component 3 days per week. Since I created an area in my bedroom to work out, I decided to add a mat pilates workout from the comfort of my own home with online videos. I have also added tracking my daily steps to get at least 4500 steps daily. Below I have shared my team of experts that have helped me on my movement journey of abundance below.
Abundance of Accountability! Overall my fitness journey has moved me into action towards my long term vision. I am excited about my 10 year vision to create many worker owned cooperatives and/or democratically run businesses. But that is another email newsletter topic to come.
